Where do you deliver to?
Currently, delivery is available to UK addresses only. If you’d like something sent abroad, please contact me before ordering.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Each item is handmade to order in my UK home studio. Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days, though this may take a little longer in busier seasons. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the postal service.
Delivery updates are emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Can I personalise my card or stationery?
Yes! Many of my greeting cards and stationery pieces can be personalised with names, ages or a printed message. Just fill in the personalisation fields on the product page before checkout. There’s no extra charge unless otherwise stated.
Can I choose how my item is packaged?
Where available, you can choose to have your card presented with a gift box at the point of purchase. This makes it ready to open and gives an extra special touch.
What if I need something by a specific date?
If you need your order by a specific date (for a birthday, event or celebration), please contact me before ordering so I can confirm whether it can be made in time.
What if I have a request that isn’t listed?
I’m always happy to help! If you have a question, a custom idea or need help with your order, you can reach me through the chat feature or contact form.
Do you recycle or use eco materials?
I try to use responsibly sourced papers and materials where possible. If a product has specific eco credentials (e.g. recycled paper), this will be noted on its product page.
I have an eco-card range which uses recycled card and paper and I also use some biodegradeable bags made from plant based material.
The paper used in the notebooks and notepads are FSC and PEFC.
Where possible, I re-use the packaging I receive to package your orders.
How do returns work?
Because many items are personalised or handmade to order, returns are accepted only if there’s an error or fault, but please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll do my best to help.
